Tilig Standard User Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The referral program is open to individuals who have signed up for Tilig's password management service and have referred friends and family using their unique referral link. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and must reside in a country where Tilig is available. Employees of Tilig, its affiliates, and their family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Referral Reward: Participants in the referral program will receive a unique referral link that they can share with their friends and family. If a new user signs up for Tilig using the referral link and completes at least one interaction, such as adding a password or file, the participant will be eligible to win a giant squirrel plushie. The plushie will be awarded to the two participants with the highest number of successful referrals each week, starting from the second week of March until Easter (April 9th).

3. Multiple Referrals: Participants can refer as many friends and family members as they like, but only successful referrals will count towards the referral program. Successful referrals are defined as new users who sign up for Tilig using the participant's unique referral link and complete at least one interaction.

4. Prize Award: Winners of the referral program will be notified via email within three business days of the end of the week. Tilig will ship the plushies to the winners within ten business days of the end of the week. The plushies will be shipped using a standard shipping method and Tilig is not responsible for any lost or stolen prizes.

5. Fraudulent Activity: Tilig reserves the right to disqualify any participant or referral that is believed to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms and conditions. Tilig also reserves the right to cancel or modify the referral program at any time, for any reason.

6. Privacy: Tilig will collect and use personal information of participants in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be found on its website.

7. Liability: Tilig is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property resulting from participation in the referral program. Participants agree to release Tilig and its affiliates from any and all liability related to the referral program.

8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, USA.
